Deep Time Moving brings together dance and geology as complementary ways of knowing and experiencing movement, time and place.  The work is unfolding in response to the unique geological, deep time moves of the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall, UK

Come join me on the Lizard this August, and spend a full day connecting with this unique landscape through a renewed attention to your own bodily experience: expect gentle, guided movement, indoors and out in the landscape; deep listening; practices of attention and tuning in; an experience rooted in the body, that welcomes you as you are, and invites restful and enlivened connection to self, one another and the wider world
